A truly tender representation of Our Queen and her Kingly Son. Ittenbach started learning his art in Cologne in 1832 under Franz Katz. He was a very pious and devotional Catholic who refused commissions of art that were either pagan or mythological. He dedicated his art to Church decor. He died in 1879.
