Burnbrae Bout Bella Moscato merlot peppercorn and a hint ofRichly perfumed White Frontinac grapes were used to make this sweet joy of a wine. The juice was clarified and stabilised prior to inoculation with an aromatic yeast. The fermentation was arrested when the sweetness and brightness was balanced, and the wine was filtered and bottled cold. With musk, confection and guava notes, the Moscato is crisp and sweet.
